The U.S Men’s National Team played Costa Rica in a perfunctory qualifier last night, drawing 2-2. For a match with no urgency after qualification was secure, it was intriguing.
Bob Bradley started eight of the eleven that faced Honduras, leaving out Spector, Clark and Davies, obviously. Playing the first team was admirable. It was fair to Honduras, relying on a U.S. result.
